i noticed that it was Theo Roosevelt because he was the president during the building of the panama canal and he was very big because he was the main person during the panama canal's building.also, i dont understand why there was a little man and why people think he is British. he could be mexican or spanih or german
I knew that the man was Theodore Roosevelt bulding the panama canal.The small man could have beed a slave or known as a servent.i also saw that he died on October 27, 1858 in New York City.
